Jeff has been involved in retailing since 1968. He has consulted to the retail sector and developed property, alone and with partners for the past 50 years. He was instrumental in establishing the 30 store strong Friendlies Pharmacy group, which was sold to HBF. Jeff's current business activities include:

  • Chairman – JJ Leach Group
  • Chairman – Future Pharmacy Group
  • Chairman – The Hub Claremont

Jeff retains an interest in a number of pharmacies, employing 150 people. Jeff is also passionate about working in the community to address social and health issues that are close to his heart. A past president of the Rotary Club of Perth, Jeff is also a eleven year veteran of the Vinnies CEO Sleepout (raising in excess of $90,000 for the homeless in Perth) and an active member of Variety. Jeff is currently:

  • Director - Prostate Cancer Foundation of WA
  • Board Member - Passages – Northbridge WA
  • Paul Harris Double Sapphire Fellow and Member of Rotary Club Perth

Chief Executive Officer
Christian joined JJ Leach Group in 2013 and has been instrumental in the development of the Group’s real-estate portfolio.

His keen understanding of property, construction and leasing has led to a creative approach to developing new and historically linked buildings that are both interesting and purposeful for business.

Christian takes pride in building lasting relationships and robust partnership. As Chief Executive Officer he encourages a high-performance culture that supports the Group’s growth strategy. Building on our rich and successful heritage, Christian drives an exciting vision for our family-owned company. ​


Property Manager

Clare joined JJ Leach Group in 2017 and is responsible for managing the Group’s predominantly retail property portfolio. Clare has over twelve years commercial property experience having worked for Knight Frank and Colliers International, as well as some smaller agencies.

A strong tenant focus with a ‘hands on’ approach are the core values of Clare’s management style. The flow on effect is happier tenants with high retention rates built on strong relationship management. 


Property Manager

Karis assists in the management of the JJ Leach Group portfolio. Her experience includes several years working for a global real estate firm where she gained comprehensive understanding of the property market. She has a degree in Property Development and Valuation (BCom) and is a registered Real Estate representative. Karis prides herself on achieving outstanding outcomes and building strong, long-term relationships with tenants.  


Financial Controller

Siddique is responsible for the overall financial operations of JJ Leach Group including accounting, tax, financial reporting, treasury, financial planning and analysis. In addition, he oversees the implementation of business strategies, internal control, IT, compliance and operations management.   

Siddique has a BBus, is a CPA, CTA and CIMA, and has over 12 years’ experience in senior level accounting roles in a wide variety of industries in Australia. He has a passion for promoting accountability and transparency, change management and continuous improvement as a means of enhancing trust, performance and creating sustainable value for the Group.



Lois has been a bookkeeper with JJ Leach Group since 2012. She works with the financial controller to ensure the timely processing of financial information and related data. She is attracted by the challenge of working with a rapidly changing group in a dynamic environment.


Executive Assistant

Amanda brings over 30 years’ administrative experience to JJ Leach Group. Her background provides deep knowledge and experience in construction and corporate finance. She is passionate about delivering exemplary client care and attention to detail in everything she does, going out of her way to ensure top level service.


Administrative Assistant

Nicky has been employed by JJ Leach Group as an administrative assistant since 2016. Nicky has a broad range of administrative responsibilities and supports the financial team with data entry and reporting, processing invoices and the payroll. She is passionate about her role, in part due to the positive and enjoyable office environment.
